Part of the Queen of the Apostles Academy mission is to make a high quality, Catholic education accessible to all. ALL children should have the chance to have an excellent education and to know God. We offer a tremendous value given through the excellence of our programs, the high caliber dedication of our faculty and staff, and the individualized attention to each student in our small class settings.

Families Needs Based Tuition Assistance Plan (NBTAP) can further lower the cost of tuition. This program is in place in order for the Queen of the Apostles Preparatory Academy’s mission will be fulfilled in that “no student will ever be denied admission based on their families ability to pay tuition.” Please note: The NBTAP’s enrollment plan offers families the ability to raise funds to fulfill their balance towards tuition through QOTA’s Annual Auction, Raffles, and other fundraising efforts. Details will be provided at your families interview with a QOTA’s admissions administrator.

Early Years (age 4) 4 Day: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9:00-12:00pm or 12:00-3:00pm $3500/yearly (6 spots available per program)

Early Years (age 4) 5 Day: Monday-Friday 9:00-12:00pm or 12:00-3:00pm $5500/yearly (only 6 spots available per program)

Transitional Kindergarten 4 Day: $7,250/yearly (no obligation) or $5,250/yearly (NBTAP)

Holy Apostles Take Credit Program (Grades 11-12) (College Courses): $360 per three-credit course (1/3 of the cost)

Private Music Lessons: Voice, Classical Guitar, Classical Piano, and Keyboards $45/individual $25/Group (30 Minute Sessions) (By Appointment Only)

BOOK FEE-Pay for all your semester textbooks easily online below! Textbooks will be delivered to your student in class.

Uniform Information & Ordering

Dear Families,
You may order your uniform by going to https://www.flynnohara.com
You will see a link on the homepage that asks you to “Shop for your School”
Simply, enter the state (CT) and school name (Queen of the Apostles Prep Academy), and you will be taken to the appropriate uniform page for your child’s grade. You may schedule online fittings if necessary.

Before you place your order, please note that only certain parts of the uniform need to be purchased from the company.

  • Purchasing shoes/socks tights directly from the company is optional.

  • Additional skirts/skorts/ties are all optional.

We offer a ten-month payment plan or pay-in-full options. Please contact our Admissions office to discuss your family’s payment plan needs.
