Tuition & Fees

Part of the Queen of the Apostles Academy mission is to make a high quality, Catholic education accessible to all. ALL children should have the chance to have an excellent education and to know God. We offer a tremendous value given through the excellence of our programs, the high caliber dedication of our faculty and staff, and the individualized attention to each student in our small class settings.

QOTA is proud to be providing homeschoolers access to a high quality education and to provide support for homeschooling families.

Classes for the academic year of 2026-2027 will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00-3:00pm.

Early Years (age 4) 3 Day: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9:00-12:00pm or 12:00-3:00pm $3550/yearly (6 spots available per program)

Transitional Kindergarten 3 Day: $5,550/yearly

Middle School (Grades 7-8) 3 Day: $7,550/yearly

Great Books (Grades 9-12): High School Classes: $164 or The Great Books Dual Credit Program: $397 per month(approx.)
(Five Holy Apostles College Courses are included in the Great Books Dual Credit Program)

Holy Apostles Take Credit Program (Grades 11-12) (College Courses): $360 per three-credit course (1/3 of the cost)

Family Discounts (Family discounts are not available for High School students, NBTAP enrollments, or IEP Students):
Third Child 20%
Fourth Child 30%
Fifth Child (or more) 40%

SPECIALS FEE-(there may be an additional fee for additional events or field trips)
Drama, Sacred Music, Sacred Art, Public Speaking, Debate, The Art of Storytelling, Journalism, Film Production, Living Stations of the Cross, Pickleball, Field Trips, Rosary Making, and more.

BOOK FEE-Pay for all your semester textbooks easily online below! Textbooks will be delivered to your student in class.

PreK-6: $350
Grades 7-12: $750

Uniform Information & Ordering

You may order your uniform by going to https://www.flynnohara.com
You will see a link on the homepage that asks you to “Shop for your School”
Simply, enter the state (CT) and school name (Queen of the Apostles Prep Academy), and you will be taken to the appropriate uniform page for your child’s grade. You may schedule online fittings if necessary.

Before you place your order, please note that only certain parts of the uniform need to be purchased from the company.

Purchasing shoes/socks tights directly from the company is optional.
Additional skirts/skorts/ties are all optional.
